A post titled “An expedition of SNSD gluttons” was uploaded on August 15th to an online community site, containing evidence to prove that the girls of SNSD eat quite a lot compared to what one would expect from their slim figures.
The netizen who uploaded the post began by revealing that the bill that actress Kim Minhee had to pay for after treating four members of SNSD had come out to $210 USD, which was more than what Super Junior (with 13 members) would have eaten.
The netizen referenced a scene from "You Are My Destiny", during which Yoona was eating a spoonful of rice. The netizen stated, “Is that acting or is she just hungry? I can’t tell”, which gave viewers big laughs. Furthermore, many famous restaurants in Korea have received autographs from SNSD, which has been taken as further proof that the girls love to eat.
Netizens commented, “They are the real gluttons” and “Is the music company making them diet because of food expenses?”
